1. Biography:
Charles Hill is the Brady-Johnson Distinguished Fellow in Grand Strategy and lecturer in International studies at Yale University and a research fellow of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. Hill’s diplomatic career included working at the U.S. consulate in Hong Kong during China’s Cultural Revolution, serving as mission coordinator in Saigon near the end of the Vietnam War, participating in the Panama Canal Treaty talks, and playing a role in developing the Camp David Accords.
